Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions acknowledges your agreement to provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable information in support of your accredited investor status.
1. Self-Accreditation Confirmation
You certify that you meet the Accredited Investor criteria under Rule 501(a) based on at least one of the following:
- Income
- Net worth
- Professional certifications or licenses
- Investment amount
- Entity status
You further confirm that all funds invested in Compound Gold Bonds originate from your personal or your entity’s own resources and are not borrowed, financed, or otherwise pledged for the purpose of this investment.
2. Income-Based Qualification
To qualify based on income, you must demonstrate that for the past two full calendar years, you have had an individual annual income of at least $200,000 USD, or a joint income with your spouse of at least $300,000 USD. Additionally, you must have a reasonable expectation of meeting the same income threshold for the current calendar year.
Verification documentation required:
- IRS tax returns or related official tax forms, such as Form 1040, W-2, 1099, K-1, or equivalent, covering the past two years.
- If a joint tax return is submitted and total income is less than $300,000, individual income documents should be provided to avoid processing delays.
- Only one document per year is accepted by our system. Multiple documents for the same year must be combined into a single PDF before upload.

- A signed letter from a qualified professional (e.g., attorney, CPA, broker-dealer, or Registered Investment Advisor) certifying that reasonable steps were taken to verify your income or entity status.
3. Net Worth-Based Qualification
To qualify based on net worth, you must demonstrate a personal net worth (total assets minus liabilities) exceeding $1,000,000 USD, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Verification documentation required:
- Recent documentation (dated within 90 days) evidencing your assets, which must include your or your spouse’s name, and asset amounts in USD.
- As part of this verification, a soft pull credit report from TransUnion will be conducted to assess liabilities. Please ensure any credit freeze on your TransUnion report is temporarily lifted to prevent delays.

- A signed letter from a qualified professional (attorney, CPA, broker-dealer, or Registered Investment Advisor) certifying that reasonable steps were taken to verify your net worth or entity status.
4. License-Based Qualification
If you hold a valid Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license, you may qualify as an Accredited Investor based on your professional credentials.
Verification requirements:
- Provide your CRD (Central Registration Depository) number or upload official proof of your active license.
- Compound Gold Bonds will verify your status through FINRA records.

- Compound Gold Bonds reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification as deemed necessary to comply with securities regulations.
- Providing false or misleading information during the accreditation process may result in disqualification from the investment opportunity and potential legal consequences.
- All information submitted will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used solely for verification purposes related to your accredited investor status.
